HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING
With the latest we can offer the best in tile & grout rejuvination. No matter how tired or stained we can get your surafce back to new in no time. We even offer the added services of AntiSKID treatments to prevent accidents & StainSeal solutions to prevent future staining of grout lines.
Utilising 4000psi + high pressure cleaning units we can bring your pavers, concrete or any hard surface back to near new. When combined with sealing you will never have to worry about stains again.
High Pressure Cleaning will rejuvenate your tired pavers for a fraction of the cost of removal & replacement (normally less than 10% of the cost of replacement).
All the latest machinery & methods ensure an environmentally friendly solution. As a rule 85% of stains & build up will be removed from any hard surface. With 7m extension lances & cutting edge technology we can get the job done quickly and efficiently whilst ensuring all possible water reductions.
CONCRETE GRINDING
At SA Protective Coatings we have expanded our in house range of services to include grinding, scabbling, shot blasting & polishing.
These services & associated machinery now allow us the flexibility to remove any top layer or applied coating from any existing concrete surface including paints, lacquers, sealers, glues, vinyl, ceramic tiles, adhesives or thick substrates such as epoxies.
Our process predominately involes dry grinding with minimum dust & no messy sludge to contend with.
